The pool area was very inviting with its waterfalls.

My first night was disappointing due to noise issues. I had a room on the bottom floor and could hear the plumbing and voices from upstairs all night. The sound of water trickling into my room during other guests' showers was particularly bothersome. Once I moved to a second floor room, it got better, but I expected more from my initial room choice.

The breakfast offerings were delightful, featuring a variety of local dishes that left me satisfied and ready for the day.

However, the hot water was an issue on my last day, with it only dripping out of the tap, making for an inconvenient shower experience.

The breakfast was FANTASTIC! ! Staff were friendly and the location was ideal, just a short walk from the bustling town square and near beautiful beaches.

Noise from nearby properties disrupted the peace at night. Limited amenities could feel sparse for some guests.

Choosing a higher floor room can enhance your experience by reducing noise from plumbing and neighboring guests.

We had such a nice time with a clean room and a fantastic breakfast every morning! The pool area with lush greenery provided a perfect way to unwind, and we also enjoyed relaxing in the sweet little garden nook. Just a minor hiccup with the taxi scheduling left us in a bit of a rush, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

A charming stay with a delightful pool area surrounded by lush greenery, creating a tranquil oasis. The included breakfast was fantastic, featuring delicious French pastries, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. On the downside, noise from nearby properties was disruptive, particularly during weekends, and the hot water supply was inconsistent at times. Additionally, the limited electrical outlets in the room made charging devices a bit troublesome.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Double Room with Two Double Beds. The room was spacious and clean, which was great. The AC was spot on, but the shower had a bit of a sewage smell that was hard to ignore. It could use more electrical outlets since there were only a couple in the room. For the most part, it felt comfy and I had a decent experience overall.

The place was spotless (loved the cleanliness! ) and the staff were super friendly! It was just a quick walk, 3 blocks from the plaza to Santa Cruz beach. Pool area was so inviting with its waterfalls.

Couldn't ask for more.

This was just an ideal choice for an overnight stay in Santa Cruz Huatulco with excellent value for money. The sewage smell from the shower and sink could be concerning, but the staff finally provided us with some extra towels after our request. If you need any extra amenities, just ask, as they might be able to help out after all.
